How to troubleshoot Checkout Issues

  • My Card is being rejected.
    • If your card is being rejected, first double check your information has been input correctly.
    • Next, check if you have enough funds on the card.
    • If both the information and funds are adequate to use the card, you may need to try checking out on another browser, or reset your browser cache.
    • Alternatively you may just need to try again at a later time.
  • My Paypal Payment is not working.
    • Please click the button for “New Payment Method” after clicking the Paypal checkout and relink your account. This should help resolve the Paypal payment.
  • My Paypal was charged but I didn’t receive the plugin to download.
    • Check if you received an order number for the plugin in your email that you used for billing on the order.
    • If you did not receive an order number, this means the purchase failed and that the order did not go through.
    • Any charges showing on the account will be “Pending” and later “Void.” You will not be charged for any orders that were failed.
  • The order isn’t accepting my coupon. It’s saying it’s not valid.
    • Coupons cannot be used in addition to other coupons or site discounts. Before trying to use a coupon code, make sure that you do not have any plugins from our Sale of the Day offer in the cart.
    • Please also make sure that you have 4 or less items in the cart. 5 or more plugins triggers our automatic Bundle Discount.
  • The order is saying there’s a problem with my cart, so I cannot checkout.
    • This usually means you have tried to use a coupon or discount code on an order that already has another discount applied to it.
    • If you have 5 or more plugins in cart, this means that your discount code, or a sale of the day item, is conflicting with the automatic discount.
      • If you have tried entering a discount code that is causing the error, refresh the checkout page to clear it. Only one discount can be applied at a time, and the site sales and bundle discount cannot be cleared to be replaced with another discount offer.
      • If you have a sale of the day item in a bundle discount cart of 5 plugins or more, remove one item, and purchase it in a separate order.
  • I have another issue with Checkout that is not listed.
    • Please contact customer service for further assistance.
