I need an invoice for my tax reporting purposes. Where do I find one?

Navigate to your PFS Members account. Then click Dashboard.

On the page, select the hyperlink for “Recent Orders.”

This will take you to a new page which includes a button to View or Download the Invoice.

Click Invoice to download the PDF.

Please note only paid purchases of membership plans will generate invoices, since this is the only paid purchase you make on the site. Any orders for Club Member Assets will not generate an invoice.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We do not charge sales tax.

Do you charge VAT?

Our membership club does not include an additional VAT Tax.

I need a W9 for my tax reporting purposes. Where do I find this?

Please contact customer service for a W9 Form.

I work for a government agency or educational institution and need an invoice in order to purchase this membership. Can I get one?

We do not offer billing invoices for purchases that have not yet been made. We can only provide invoices for purchases that have already been completed.

I have a problem on my invoice. How can I fix it?

Please contact customer service to fix any problems on your invoice.
