- I want a refund. I am within the 7 day return policy window. How do I proceed?
- Please contact customer service to initiate a refund.
- Provide your order number and reason for refund to the customer service agent.
- Please note if you’re requesting a refund on a high-value order, you may be asked to provide proof of plugin removal before a refund can be processed.
- I want a refund, but I am outside of the 7 day return policy window. Can I still get my money back?
- We do not provide refunds on orders that are outside of our 7 day return policy window.
- We do however, offer exchanges from 8-30 days from a plugin’s original purchase date. You may exchange for a plugin of the same value as the original item that was purchased.
- If your plugin order is outside of our 30 day exchange period, it cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.

- I want to make an exchange. How do I proceed?
- Orders within 8-30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for an exchange.
- You will need to contact customer support to initiate an exchange, as this process has to be done manually on our system.
- All exchanges are final. Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
- All exchange items must be of the same value as the plugin’s original price at the time of purchase. Exchanges are not eligible for credit towards more expensive plugins.

- Do you offer Store Credit?
- We do not offer store credit.
