Why are some of my purchases missing from the PFS APP?

There are a few circumstances that may cause a plugin not to appear in your list of Product Downloads. 

Double Check that you are Signed into the Right Account

The PFS APP is tied directly to your PFS Account. If you did not purchase a plugin on the same account that you are logged in, the product may not show up in your downloads.

If you're not sure which account you used to purchase a plugin, you can contact our customer service to help you locate the account and/or purchase.

Check under the Drop Down for a Mega Pack Download

Sometimes a plugin might be hidden under a download If you are searching for a plugin that is part of a mega pack on the PFS APP, you can use the Search Bar to type in the name of the plugin, then click the > Arrow on the left of the plugin's product box to reveal it in the list of Mega Pack downloads.

Check if the product you are looking for is discontinued

If a plugin has been discontinued from sale on our store, it will not appear in the PFS APP. Discontinued plugins can be identified by the lack of product images or information on the downloads page of your PFS Account, and may not appear if you search for it on the store.

While plugins that are discontinued will not appear on the APP, you can still manually download them from your PFS Account > Downloads page.
