How to locate and download an invoice

Navigate to your PFS account Dashboard. Then click “Orders.”

This will take you to a new page which includes a button to View or Download the Invoice for each order.

When you click the Download link for the invoice you will be redirected to a PDF Preview of the invoice.

The invoice will have a footer that includes our VAT MOSS and UK VAT for customers in the EU & UK.

I have a problem on my invoice. How can I fix it?

Please contact customer service for further assistance. Please provide the order number for the invoice in question. 

I work for a government agency or educational institution and need an invoice before I can purchase this plugin or membership. Can I get one?

We do not offer billing invoices for purchases that have not yet been made. We can only provide invoices for purchases that have already been completed.
