The download limit is a soft limit we implemented on the site to monitor download spamming.
Download spamming negatively impacts our business financially, which affects our ability to continue producing and supporting plugins for FCP Users.
How can I reset the Download Limit on my account?
To reset downloads, contact our customer service team to reset all of the downloads on your account.
Do I have to repurchase a plugin if I run out of downloads?
You do not need to repurchase the plugin. Please reach out to our customer service team to reset your limit.
Do I lose access to my products forever if I run out of downloads?
The limit is not permanent, however, you may temporarily lose access to new downloads until you reach out to customer service to reset the limit.
Can I avoid the Download Limit?
The PFS APP install manager is connected directly to your PFS Account, so it does not count downloads. You can download the PFS APP HERE.
There is no way to avoid download limits when downloading directly from our website.
