If you return more than 3 items the system will prevent users from further refunds on our site as well as delete their account. Its an automatic system set in place to help prevent fraud. If you would like to proceed with a refund please open a support ticket and provide us with your name, name of the plugin, order ID for the purchase, and reason for returning.
You can find the order number in your order history, when you log into your account. It will appear as "#_______". Copy and paste this number as text in the reply.
