**Note: Please make sure to back up your projects, FCPX, and Mac OS before making any changes that could affect your current projects.
If the plugin is freezing, first check if your System’s Graphics Card and RAM meets the minimum requirements for the plugin.
Next, uninstall FCPX and then reinstall it.
Then, uninstall the plugins and reinstall them.
Once you have done all of those things, please make sure to test on a new project that is located on your Internal hard drive. There are times that using an External drive can cause decreased FCP performance with 3rd party plugins.
If you have done all of the above and it is still freezing, please contact our support with the following information:
- Your MAC OS Specs
- Your FCP Version
- The name of the Plugin
- When you started experiencing this issue
- What steps were taken to trigger the issue
