How to Download and Install PFS Members Assets

Add Assets to Account

To add an asset to your account, click on the asset’s page in the Members shop.

Then click Add to Cart.

In the upper right corner of the site you will see a link to view your cart. Once you’re done adding all the assets you want to the cart, click the link.

From the cart you can check out the assets. If you are a paid subscriber you will not be charged for this.

Once an asset is added to your account, you can now download it through our PFS Members App.

Install PFS Members App

To install plugins after purchasing a PFS Club Membership, you will need to download the PFS Members App which is specific to the Club Membership.

The PFS Members App can be downloaded from this page: https://members.pixelfilmstudios.com/pfs-app/

After you download the app, you should see a PFS Members icon appear in the Downloads. Please drag and drop this into your Applications folder.

Install PFS Members Assets

Click “My Products” in the PFS Members App.

Then click “Install” next to the Asset you wish to install.

Once the button changes to “Installed,” the plugin will appear in it’s designated location in FCP.

Can I install all of your Assets to my system at once?

You can install multiple assets to the system via our PFS Members app by selecting “Install” on each product to set up an installation queue. However, there is no one-click method to install all of our assets.

For best performance, we recommend only having as many Assets installed as you are going to use on your current project(s) at any given time.

The more Assets you have installed to FCP, the more your application’s performance can be affected, especially if the product generates more complex graphics, such as 3D elements, motion blur, etc.
