How to reset your PFS Account Password

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password directly from the login page.

Step-by-step:

1. Go to the login page:
   👉 https://pixelfilmstudios.com/account/
2. Click “Forgot password?” below the login fields
3. Enter your account email address and click Send Reset Link
4. Check your email for the reset message
   • Subject: Reset Your Password
   • Be sure to check your Inbox and Spam folder
5. Click Reset Password in the email
6. Enter a new password:
   • Must be at least 8 characters long
   • Confirm your new password
7. Click Update Password

Your password will now be updated.

I’m logged in and want to change my password

If you already have access to your account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click your profile icon
3. Go to the Security tab
4. Enter:
   • Your current password
   • Your new password
   • Confirm your new password
5. Click Update Password

Important

• This option is only available for users who signed up with an email and password
• If you signed up using Google or Apple login, you do not have a password for the site

I didn’t receive the reset email

If you don’t receive a password reset email:

• Check your Spam/Junk folder
• Wait a few minutes and try again

If you still don’t receive it, contact support for assistance.
