How to troubleshoot an issue with seeing your PFS Members Assets in the Members App

If you’re not seeing assets in the app, you will need to clear the cache, then restart.

To clear the cache, select the Account Settings on the lower left of the PFS APP.

Then click the red Clear Cache button.

Next close the PFS APP and reopen it. Then check your My Products section. Your products should appear.

If you still do not see the assets then we would recommend reaching out to our support team so they can do some further investigation on the issue.
