How to troubleshoot Checkout Issues

Checkout Troubleshooting

Having trouble completing your order? Use the sections below to resolve the most common checkout issues.


My card is being rejected

If your card is not going through:

  1. Double-check that all billing information is entered correctly
  2. Make sure you have sufficient funds available
  3. Try the following:
    • Use a different browser
    • Clear your browser cache
    • Attempt the purchase again later

If the issue continues, you may want to try an alternate payment method.


My PayPal payment is not working

If PayPal isn’t completing your checkout:

  • Select “New Payment Method” after choosing PayPal
  • Re-link your PayPal account

This usually resolves connection or authorization issues.


My PayPal was charged, but I didn’t receive my plugin

First, check your email (used at checkout) for an order confirmation.

  • If you received an order number:
    Your purchase was successful. You can access your plugins through your account or installer.
  • If you did NOT receive an order number:
    The transaction did not complete successfully.

Any charges you see will appear as Pending and will later be voided. You will not be charged for failed orders.


My coupon code isn’t working

Coupons may not apply if another discount is already active.

Things to check:

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions
  • Items from Flash Sales may block coupon use

Only one discount can be applied per order.
