I clicked the Download on the Downloads page, but it doesn’t do anything.
Please follow these steps:
- Clear your web browser cache.
- Refresh your web browser and try again.
If this does not work, try a different web browser.
If that does not work, then reset your internet connection via your internet router.
My Download from the website is going very slow or it’s not completing.
You can try the following recommendations to improve your download speed and success:
- Connect to your internet via ethernet for best possible download speeds.
- Turn off VPNs, Firewalls, and AdBlockers temporarily
- Download directly to your Internal Drive, not a cloud or external drive.
- Reset your Internet Router
- Reset your Mac
- Reset your Web Browser Cache
- Try a different web browser
- Try using the PFS APP instead
