What is the Email Validation?
Email validation is how we detect your ownership of the plugin so that we can verify that only the owners of the plugins are installing them.
There is a limit of 5 installations before the validation needs to be reset.
My Email validation is not working. It’s saying I have the wrong email.
First, check if you have correctly typed the email. Ensure there are no typos.
Next, check if you have accidentally added any spaces before or after the email.
If the email is correct and you are still having issues, contact Support to reset your email validation or check if there is another issue with the validations on your account.
Can I change my Validation email?
Customer support can change your validation email on your account. Please contact support for further assistance.
