Is there a download limit?

We have a soft-download limit in place of 5 downloads for plugins and 3 downloads for composite footage files (1 composite footage file download per computer). Plugins can be installed on up to 3 macs per account. If you need to have your downloads reset please contact our support team at support@pixelfilmstudios.com.

Why can't I download the plugins from the website anymore?

We have discontinued the individual plugin installers on our site.

Instead, you will be able to download your plugins all from one place with our plugin manager called PFS Installer (formerly PFS App).

Do I have to repurchase a plugin?

Every purchase on an account can be installed on up to three macs. In the even you do require more downloads for additional computers you will need to create an account for each 3 seats you wish to install on and purchase the plugin again on that account.
