Is there a download limit?

We have a soft-download limit in place of three downloads for composites and 1 download for composite footage files. If you need to have your downloads reset please contact our support team at support@pixelfilmstudios.com.

Why can't I download the plugins from the website anymore?

We have discontinued the individual installers on our site. Instead, you will be able to download your plugins all from one place with our plugin manager called PFS App. If you don't have the PFS Installer you can get it here free:

Do I have to repurchase a plugin?

Every purchase on an account can be installed on up to three macs. In the even you do require more downloads for additional computers you will need to create an account for each 3 seats you wish to install on and purchase the plugin again on that account.
