My installation is very slow
There is no way to speed up the installation process, however, if you continue to have any problems with the installation, please contact our customer support.
If the installer is moving slowly, it may be because of the following:
- The plugin contains a lot of fonts that have to be downloaded during the installation.
- The plugin has a large file size.
- You have a slower download speed on your internet connection.
- Your drive doesn’t have enough space.

My installer is getting frozen during the download process.
Check the product page for the File Size:
If the file size is large, the product may need more time to install. In this case, we recommend just to wait. An installer should not take any more than 30 minutes in an extreme case. In most cases, it can take anywhere between 1-15 minutes to install a plugin depending on it’s size and your internet speed.
Reset your internet router
Your connection may be downloading the plugin very slowly from our server.
Restart your router or connect to it directly from an ethernet cable.
Then restart the installer.
Restart the Mac
You may be experiencing an issue with the Finder.
Restart the Mac.
Then restart the installer once more.
Check your PFS-Download Folder
Open the Finder. Then, navigate to Users > Your User > Downloads.
Locate the folder named PFS-Download.
If you are missing the folder, create a new folder and name it “PFS-Download”.
Then restart the PFS APP and try to install again.
