My PFS APP is not installing products. The button to install flashes for a second, then goes back to “install.”

Motion Templates Missing

If you still do not see the plugin, you may be missing your appropriate Motion Templates folders.

Open a Finder Window.

Navigate to your MAC HD > User > (Your User) > Movies > Motion Templates

Locate your Titles / Generators / Effects / Transitions folders

If you do not have this set of folders, they will need to be created. 

Create empty folders in the Movies folder named: Titles.localized, Generators.localized, Effects.localized, and Transitions.localized.

Then, reinstall the plugin.
