All membership charges are non-refundable, with no exceptions. This is outlined in our Terms of Service agreement.
How do I Cancel my PFS Membership?
If you would like to cancel any future payments, navigate to your Account > Subscriptions.
Then next to the active membership, select CANCEL.
Please note Cancelling your membership only prevents your account from being charged for future orders.
Cancelling the membership will not refund your membership that you have already paid for. All membership payments are non-refundable as per the Terms of Service agreement.
