I want a refund. I am within the 7 day return policy window. How do I proceed?
- Please contact customer service to initiate a refund.
- Provide your order number and reason for refund in your message.
- Please note if you’re requesting a refund on a high-value order, you may be asked to provide proof of plugin removal before a refund can be processed.

I want a refund, but I am outside of the 7 day return policy window. Can I still get my money back?
- We do not provide refunds on orders that are outside of our 7 day return policy window.
- We do however, offer exchanges from 8-30 days from a plugin’s original purchase date. You may exchange for a plugin of the same value as the original item that was purchased.
- If your plugin order is outside of our 30 day exchange period, it cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
- Please contact customer support for further assistance.

I want to make an exchange. How do I proceed?
Orders within 8-30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for an exchange.
You will need to contact customer support to initiate an exchange, as this process has to be done manually on our system.
- All exchanges are final. Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
- All exchange items must be of the same value as the price paid at the time of purchase. Exchanges are not eligible for credit towards more expensive plugins.
