I want a refund and I’m within the 7-day window

If your purchase is within 7 days of the original order date, you are eligible to request a refund.

How to proceed:

  • Contact our customer support team
  • Include your order number
  • Provide a brief reason for your request

⚠️ For high-value orders, you may be asked to provide proof that the plugin has been removed before a refund can be processed.


I’m outside the 7-day refund window. Can I still get a refund?

No. Refunds are not available after the 7-day refund period.

However, you may still be eligible for an exchange.


Exchange policy (8–30 days)

If your purchase is between 8–30 days old, you may request an exchange.

Exchange guidelines:

  • Exchanges must be for a product of equal value
  • Exchanges are handled manually by our support team
  • All exchanges are final
  • Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again
  • Exchanges cannot be used toward higher-priced products

After 30 days, orders are no longer eligible for refund or exchange.


How do I request an exchange?

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact customer support
  • Provide your order number and the product you’d like instead

Do you offer store credit?

No. We do not offer store credit.
