I want a refund and I'm within the 7-day window

Most purchases may be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that no download or access of the purchased product has occurred.

Eligible for a refund:

  • The purchase was made within the last 7 days.
  • The product has not been downloaded, installed, or accessed.

How to request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Provide a brief explanation of your request.

Important

Once a plugin, template, Mega Pack, or Suite has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and a refund cannot be issued.


What if I'm having a technical issue?

Our support team will work with you to resolve installation, activation, or usage issues.

If our support agents are unable to resolve the issue through troubleshooting or a screen-sharing session, a refund may be considered, subject to the download and access restrictions outlined above.

Please note:

  • Mega Packs and Suites are treated as three products due to the number of included products.
  • Support assistance must be completed before a refund determination can be made for technical issues.

Are Members Club purchases refundable?

No.

The Members Club ($499 Lifetime Access) is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Upon purchase, Members Club customers receive immediate access to the entire Pixel Film Studios plugin library, which includes over 2,000 products. Because access is granted instantly and in full at the time of purchase, no refunds are available regardless of whether any individual products have been downloaded.

By purchasing Members Club, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


I'm outside the 7-day refund window. Can I still get a refund?

No.

Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund.


Do you offer store credit?

No.

We do not offer store credit in place of refunds.


Are there limits on refunds?

Yes.

If an account receives refunds for three or more products, future purchases may be restricted to help prevent abuse of the refund system.

Customers who receive a refund must uninstall and discontinue use of any software for which they no longer hold a valid license.

Creating additional accounts to bypass purchase restrictions is prohibited and may result in account termination.
