If you are seeing strange letters on the plugin template instead of the graphic, this means that one of the 3D fonts for the plugin did not get installed.
The website download should include a separate folder the download with the files to custom fonts available to install.
Double click the .rtf or .ttf for the file(s) in the Font folder and Install them to font book while Final Cut Pro is closed.
If you do not see 3D fonts included with your download or if you used the PFS APP to install the plugin, contact Customer Support.
