Our support team is here to help you get up and running with Pixel Film Studios products and resolve any issues you may encounter.

We can help with:

Installation & setup

• Installing plugins using the PFS Installer
• Fixing installation errors
• Troubleshooting missing plugins in Final Cut Pro

Compatibility & performance

• Checking system requirements
• Identifying compatibility issues with macOS or Final Cut Pro
• Troubleshooting crashes, errors, or unexpected behavior

Account & purchases

• Accessing your account or downloads
• Order history and invoices
• Refunds and exchanges (within policy)

Basic plugin usage

• How to apply a plugin
• How to use drop zones or common controls
• General workflow guidance

What support does not cover

To ensure we can assist as many customers as possible, there are some areas that fall outside the scope of support:

Custom development

• We do not offer custom plugin development or accept commissioned work.
  However, if you have an idea for a plugin or feature you’d like to see, we welcome your feedback. While we cannot guarantee that a request will be developed, our team does review suggestions when planning future products.
  
  To share an idea, please contact support and include as much detail as possible about what you’re looking for.

Project editing services

• We are not able to edit or complete projects on your behalf
• This includes assembling timelines, syncing media, or building edits

Advanced customization or design work

• We cannot provide exact settings or creative direction for achieving a specific look
• Fine-tuning animation, styling, or design choices is left to the user’s discretion

Training or full tutorials

• While we can answer specific questions, we do not provide full editing training or in-depth project walkthroughs
