Why are some of my purchases missing from the PFS APP?

There are a few circumstances that may cause a plugin not to appear in your My Products tab in the PFS App. 

  • Double Check that you are signed into the correct account
    • The PFS App is tied directly to your PFS Account. If you did not purchase a plugin on the same account that you are logged into in the PFS App the product will not show up in your downloads. In the event you have more than one account you will need to log out of the PFS App and log into your other account(s). If you're not sure which account you used to purchase a plugin, you can contact our customer service team to help you locate the account and/or purchase.
  • Check under the Drop Down for a Mega Pack Download
    • Sometimes a plugin might be hidden under a download If you are searching for a plugin that is part of a mega pack on the PFS App, you can use the Search Bar to type in the name of the plugin, then click the arrow icon (>) on the left of the plugin's product box or the blue Expand button to the right to reveal it in the list of Mega Pack downloads.
  • Check if the product you are looking for is discontinued
    • If a plugin has been discontinued from sale on our store, it will not appear in the PFS App. If you have a discontinued plugin or are unsure if a product is discontinued you can reach out to our customer service team for more information.
