Why are some of my purchases missing from the PFS Installer?

If you don’t see a plugin in your My Downloads tab, there are a few common reasons this can happen. Follow the steps below to locate your purchase.


1. Make sure you’re signed into the correct account

The PFS Installer is directly tied to your Pixel Film Studios account. If a purchase was made under a different email, it will not appear in your downloads.

  • Log out of the PFS Installer
  • Log back in using any alternate email accounts you may have used
  • If you’re unsure which account was used, contact our support team and we’ll help locate your purchase

2. Check for Mega Pack (bundle) downloads

Some plugins are included inside larger bundles or “Mega Packs,” and may not appear as individual downloads.

  • Locate the Mega Pack in your My Downloads tab
  • Click Open to expand the pack
  • Browse the included plugins within the expanded list

3. Verify if the product has been discontinued

Discontinued products are no longer listed in the PFS Installer, even if they were previously available for purchase.

  • If you believe your plugin may be discontinued, reach out to our support team
  • We can confirm its status and provide any available options
